Personal or Federal PAC funds only, please.  Federal law limits contributions from individuals to $2,300 per person per election cycle.  Contributions to Hatfield for Congress Committee are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  Contributions from corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited. Multi-candidate PACs may contribute $5,000 per election cycle. Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) may contribute the same amount as individuals ($2,300) so long as they have elected to be treated as a partnership for federal income tax purposes and no portion of the contribution is attributed to a corporation or foreign national.  Please include a letter attributing the contributions among the individual partners.
